SCHOLARSHIPS
The Nevada Land Surveyors Education Foundation (NLSEF) may provide scholarships to a recipient enrolled in a Land Surveying/Geomatics curriculum at any institution in the Nevada System of Higher Education.
The amount of scholarships to be awarded each year is determined by the NLSEF Board of Directors. Scholarships are awarded to eligible students in the manner deemed appropriate by the board and are based on both the merit and need of the recipient. NLSEF scholarships are designed to encourage, recognize, and support exceptional surveying and mapping students. In 2020 NALS distributed over $12,000 in scholarships as well as supported students to attend the annual conference and NSPS Student Competition.
